Create your profile
Pick your category, add photos from past events and list the services you offer.

Set where you'll go
Drop a pin and choose how far you'll travel. You only appear to users inside it.

Get certified
Provide proof of public liability insurance. We run the checks and add the Certified Eventer badge to your profile.

Take bookings
Users can book you by selecting a service listed on your profile, and accepted jobs land on your calendar.

The user pays Eventap up front. Enter their completion code on the night and the money is released to you the next day.

Getting certified
Every Eventer becomes certified before they can take a booking. Becoming certified shows users that you have a track record of delivering exceptional events.
Checks are re-run every 12 months. You can finish your profile and set your availability while they're in progress.
What you'll need
Have these to hand and it takes about ten minutes.
Public liability insurance
Your certificate and its expiry date.
Photo ID and documents
Stripe asks for these when you set up payments, and runs its own identity checks before paying you out.
Other relevant certifications
For example, a DBS check if you work with children, or a Food Standards Agency rating if you work with food.

Frequently asked questions
No. Eventers are not charged any fees for using Eventap. Users pay a 10% service fee on top of your quote, so you keep the full amount.
